Project Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience, including minimum of 4 years in Project Manager role. Within the industrial or oil and gas environments.
- Background in mechanical engineering is preferred, candidates with electrical and industrial engineering backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
- PMP certification is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrated capability to oversee projects throughout all stages, including engineering, construction, commissioning, handover, and closure.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully leading project activities and teams to achieve on time, within budget, high quality results, while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Exceptional personal skills: effective communication, time management, attention to detail, organization, and problem solving.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: leadership, influence, conflict resolution, negotiation, and organizational and cultural awareness.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills for monitoring project progress and providing status updates.
- Understanding of and dedication to adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
- Excellent in computer skills.
- Knowledge of contractual conditions and obligations or past experience in FIDIC regulations are preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills.
- Strong personality and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
