At Abdali Views, one of Amman’s most prominent high-rise properties managed by Sinogulf, the ALGHANEM team has completed the operation and commissioning of a Building Maintenance Unit (BMU). The BMU is a critical solution for long-term façade access, maintenance, and safety in high-rise environments.
A Building Maintenance Unit is a mechanical system designed for permanent façade access. It enables safe exterior cleaning, inspection, and repair operations. In tall buildings like Abdali Views, these systems are essential for preserving the building’s appearance and ensuring safe access to the exterior envelope.
